With health costs rising, many consumers have turned to home remedies for day-to-day ailments that have not reached the level of having to go see the doctor yet. Of course, home remedies are no replacement for professional medical treatment, but if you have a choice of making your own chest rub or buying an over-priced over-the-counter medicine, it may be worth a try to help save you money and live a bit greener life.
